Ordering

All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days of ordering. Parcels are sent securely via Yodel and you will receive an email containing tracking information once it’s been dispatched. Please note we only post out Monday to Thursday to avoid parcels getting stuck in the mail over the weekend.

If your parcel does not arrive within 5 working days from your dispatch email, please contact us using the contact form on our website or email us at hello@nynoregano.com

Please do not message us via Instagram as messages there are not always monitored. 

International Shipping

We do NOT ship overseas. Please note if you make an order using a U.K. postcode and an international address your items will not be processed and you will not be refunded.

Our Products

Due to the organic and natural state of our products please note that no two products are alike and colour, smell and potency will vary depending on the batch and plant used. 

Care

Due to the nature of the oregano coconut oil depending on the temperature it can either be liquid or solid. It is easier to handle when solid so please keep cool or refrigerate to avoid spillage when opening. 

In warmer months please refrigerate for a minimum of 30 minutes upon receipt of your parcel before opening to prevent spillage.

Edibles can refrigerated for up to a week but are best stored in a cool dry place and eaten within 2-3 days.

Discount Codes

Discount codes must be entered at the checkout. The discount will be immediately applied and you will be charged the amount with the discount already applied. Nothing can be done if you do not use the code or if you check out at the full price. Refunds will not be given nor will the discount amount be refunded.

Refunds

All sales are final. No returns, cancellations or refunds are accepted.
